Job summary

Aggressive Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 quality system and drive continuous improvement across production, engineering, and operations in Cedar, MN.

You will coach teams, perform root-cause analyses, manage non-conformances, and partner to prevent defects, improve processes, and strengthen customer satisfaction while maintaining a culture of accountability and quality. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ manufacturing quality experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience maintaining and improving QMS and ISO 9001.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Quality team with priorities and goals.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 QMS with audits and reviews.
• Manage non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Coach production teams on quality and process adherence.
• Analyze quality metrics and drive reduction of defects.
