Job summary

IEG Plastics is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF standards. You will develop training, create procedures, manage PPAPs, CMM routines, and drive continuous improvement. Reports to Plant Manager and collaborates with Production.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in automotive plastics quality systems. Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year College Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Work Experience.
• ASQ certification a plus.
• ISO9001 Certified Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality staff including inspectors and technicians.
• Develop training on quality processes.
• Create work instructions and operating procedures for processes.
• Champion document control system and ISO program.
• Manage PPAPs and perform quality testing.
