Qualifications

• IATF 16949 procedures for QMS must be established and managed.
• IATF Certification knowledge required.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in a quality function in automotive Tier 1/2.
• ISO/TS 16949 certification experience a must.
• Customer and supplier interface to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage IATF 16949 compliant QMS procedures.
• Act as company quality representative with suppliers and customers.
• Lead problem solving and manage corrective action processes.
• Define and track customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead APQP processes, controls and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement plant-wide with training and documentation.
