Job summary

Epic is seeking a Quality Manager based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. You’ll lead testing efforts for software used by major health systems, collaborating with developers to create intuitive tools, uncover defects, and improve overall usability and reliability.

This role supports flexible specialization in usability design, automation, or project coordination for customer installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; relocation to Madison reimbursed; COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Test the limits of Epic software; ensure quality across healthcare products.
• Collaborate with developers to craft intuitive tools and identify bugs.
• Lead quality initiatives and drive test plans and automation along with the team.
• Support customers and health systems by validating software usability and reliability.
• Contribute to process improvements and risk assessments for releases.
