Job summary

Epic is seeking a Quality Manager based at our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance provided. You will partner with developers to design and test features, identify defects, and develop automation tools to ensure software quality for healthcare customers worldwide.

The role involves coordinating QA activities across customer installations and may require travel to client sites. A BS degree and a track record of success are expected.

This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Overview

Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. As a Quality Manager, you'll collaborate closely with developers, crafting intuitive tools for health organizations, testing new features, uncovering bugs in our software, and overall making our software a joy to use.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to design and test software features.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects in production and pre‑release environments.
• Develop reusable testing tools and automation scripts.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities for customer software installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
