Job summary

Epic is seeking a Quality Manager to join the Quality Management team at our Madison, Wisconsin campus. You will work closely with developers to design and test software features, uncover defects in production and pre‑release environments, and build automation tools to improve overall software quality.

As the last line of defense for critical healthcare software, you will coordinate QA activities for customer installations and contribute to a strong, quality‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in any major.
• Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
