Job summary

Epic is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QA effort from our Madison, WI campus. You will collaborate with developers to design and test software features, and you will help ensure reliability for health organizations worldwide.

The role includes travel to customer locations (at least three times per year), relocation assistance reimbursed, and a comprehensive benefits package including stock grants and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to design and test software features.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects in production and pre‑release environments.
• Develop reusable testing tools and automation scripts.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities for customer software installations.
