Gamma Vacuum, a proud member of the Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Quality Manager for our Shakopee, Minnesota site. You will lead QA initiatives, develop robust quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions to balance cost with top-tier quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring a strong ISO 9001 background, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and a track record of reducing defects and warranty costs while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations and quality processes.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, Process Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen.
• Experience collaborating with customers and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead training programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001/14001/45001 audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce process and document controls per global policies.
• Oversee product certification and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to support global quality objectives.
• Prepare KPIs and quality metrics reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Lead quality issue management from detection to resolution.
• Represent Gamma Vacuum in customer quality discussions and audits.
• Deliver quality system training to enhance awareness and competency.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe working environment.
