Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define processes, monitor KPIs, and deliver training to elevate quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; substantial experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality processes.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce process controls; use tools like FMEA for risk evaluation.
• Oversee product certification to ensure regulatory and customer standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global quality goals.
• Generate KPIs and quality reports for leadership.
• Lead issue management from identification to resolution; drive corrective actions.
• Represent Gamma Vacuum in customer audits and quality discussions.
• Deliver quality system training to raise awareness and capability.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe working environment.
