Job summary

Gamma Vacuum, part of the Atlas Copco group, seeks a Quality Manager for our Shakopee, Minnesota site. You will lead QA initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and own quality systems to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage audits, and oversee certifications while coaching staff on quality and safety best practices. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred; substantial equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations and quality processes in technical environments.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, PVSM, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers to align quality and processes.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Proven leadership in training programs to promote quality and safety.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certifications and drive CAPA.
• Develop and enforce process controls; use FMEA for risk assessment.
• Oversee product certifications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate across teams to support global quality mission.
• Generate KPI reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Lead issue management from detection to resolution and corrective actions.
• Represent Gamma Vacuum in customer quality and reliability discussions.
• Identify training needs and deliver quality/safety trainings.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe working environment.
