Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of quality engineering/management in electronics/manufacturing.
• 3+ years of direct people management in QA teams.
• Experience with ODM/OEM manufacturing models and AI server/rack products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across QA Management, IQC/SQE, IPQC/FQC/OBA, and QP functions.
• Establish quality plans, inspection strategies, control plans, KPI dashboards.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor and report metrics like DPPM, FPY, yield, and Pareto analyses.
• Lead customer/product quality reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.
