• Establish quality plans, inspection strategies, control plans, KPI dashboards.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor and report metrics like DPPM, FPY, yield, and Pareto analyses.
• Lead customer/product quality reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.

Job Summary:

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance organization for AI server and rack-level manufacturing operations. This role owns quality strategy, team execution, quality systems compliance, customer quality performance, supplier quality coordination, process quality control, outgoing quality assurance, documentation control, and continuous improvement. The Quality Manager provides leadership and management oversight for four core Quality Assurance functions: QA Management, IQC/SQE, IPQC/FQC/OBA, and QP (DCC, Customer Service, QS), ensuring that quality objectives, staffing, priorities, corrective actions, and customer commitments are executed effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Assurance organization across QA Management, IQC/SQE, IPQC/FQC/OBA, and QP functions, including staffing, priorities, team development, execution discipline, and quality performance accountability.
• Establish and maintain quality plans, inspection strategies, control plans, quality alerts, audit schedules, document control discipline, KPI dashboards, and management review materials to support NPI, production ramp, and mass production.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verification of effectiveness for production, supplier, test, RMA, customer quality, and audit-related issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics including DPPM, FPY, yield, defect Pareto, audit findings, supplier quality, customer quality, corrective action aging, and cost of poor quality.
• Lead customer quality reviews, internal reviews, management reviews, factory audits, quality system audits, engineering change quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 lead auditor, IPC, ESD, quality systems, or related quality certification preferred.

Experience:

• Ten (10)+ years of quality engineering, quality management, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, process quality, customer quality, or related experience in electronics manufacturing, technology, or related industries.
• Three (3)+ years of direct people management experience leading QA engineers, inspectors, SQEs, functional quality owners, or cross-functional quality teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with ODM/OEM manufacturing models, AI server/rack integration or complex electromechanical products, quality management systems, inspection methods, supplier quality, corrective action, audit management, customer quality, and production lifecycle support preferred.
