Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality management system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, collect metrics, and report performance against corporate measures.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 3+ years in a quality role in automotive manufacturing, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum three years in a quality role within manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience with SOPs, project timelines, APQP, and core quality tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the plant's QMS aligned to customer requirements.
• Communicate quality objectives with customers and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Collect metrics, monitor plant performance, and publish statistics against corporate measures.
• Advise Plant Manager and corporate Quality on plant quality performance.
• Identify needs to support corporate quality and customer requirements.
