Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum three years' experience in a quality role (SOPs, projects, timelines).
• Automotive industry experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer-focused culture within the organization.
• Communicate quality objectives with Customers and ensure QMS compliance.
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are identified and met.
• Monitor and publish plant performance metrics against corporate measures.
