Job summary

You will oversee audits for ISO/TS 16949, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to close gaps while maintaining strong customer relations and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years quality, engineering or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS quality systems and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the plant quality function by developing an effective quality system.
• Track and report quality metrics, address gaps, and monitor budget.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and liaise with plant and corporate teams.
• Maintain ISO/TS 16949 compliance through audits and gap closing.
• Foster strong customer relations and responsive issue resolution.
