The role is responsible for the implementation, improvement and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) and project specific quality program requirements. You will lead quality processes across planning, inspections, testing and documentation; mentor project staff in quality management; monitor KPIs and QIRs; coordinate with operations, clients and suppliers to ensure safe, quality,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of AEC experience, with 3 years preferred in a Quality role.
• Strong knowledge of standards, specifications and publications relevant to quality in construction.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to prioritize and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Quality champion for a project or multiple projects, ensuring quality of works and documentation.
• Lead inspections, testing, and documentation; schedule activities with operations and labs.
• Mentor and coach Quality staff to advance careers and improve retention.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and QIRs for continuous improvement; report trends and improvements.
