Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive quality control/quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong experience with precision measurement equipment: CMM, micrometers, calipers, indicators, optical comparator.
• Hands-on CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to develop and improve inspection methods and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support dimensional inspection of materials, components, and finished products.
• Program and operate CMMs to perform dimensional inspections.
• Develop and improve CMM inspection programs using PC‑DMIS and/or Hexagon.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications.
• Lead or participate in root‑cause investigations related to quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Support audits and maintain quality documentation.
