Job summary

Perfecto Tool & Engineering Co Inc is seeking a Quality Manager to strengthen the quality function and drive continuous improvement. You will perform dimensional inspection, program CMM equipment, and develop robust inspection standards in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quality-related field.
• 5+ years in quality control/QA in manufacturing.
• Proficient with CMMs, PC-DMIS, GD&T, and inspection methods.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with QMS and ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Excellent documentation and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support dimensional inspection of materials, components, finished products, and equipment to verify conformance with drawings and customer requirements.
• Program and operate CMMs to perform dimensional inspections and validate product conformance.
• Develop and improve inspection methods, plans, and quality standards.
• Lead or participate in root-cause investigations related to quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with machinists, engineers, and leadership to resolve quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on inspection techniques and GD&T.
• Assist in development and continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Support audits and maintain quality documentation.
• Document inspection results and nonconformances accurately.
