Afognak Native Corporation, via ALMS, seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to oversee the quality program for HMX-1 and DISA facilities. You will drive the quality system, ensure contract and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with facility managers to sustain mission-critical operations.

Candidates bring five years of base operations quality experience, strong leadership, and a practical knowledge of safety and quality controls in government contracts.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience preparing and enforcing Base Operations Support programs.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Custodial, Grounds Maintenance and related areas.
• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective quality control program aligned with PWS and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure contract compliance.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain records and prepare quality control reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure operations comply with laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.
• Be available on-site during working hours and within two hours after.
