Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience focused on Quality Management in automotive or similar high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Six Sigma/Lean experience with core quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• IATF experience required or preferred.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a quality culture by orientation, training and coaching of associates.
• Ensures production meets quality, safety, and health standards.
• Executes quality inspections and audits, and manages corrective/preventive actions.
• Leads supplier quality management and audits of quality systems.
• Collects, analyzes and reports quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Guides a high-performing Quality Team through recruitment, onboarding, and development.
