ManpowerGroup is seeking a Direct Hire Quality Manager for our aerospace and supply chain client in Bethpage, NY. The role leads the Quality Management System, ensures AS9100 and ISO compliance, and guides cross‑functional teams to maintain top quality across warehouse operations and inspections.

You will supervise two inspectors now with growth anticipated, manage non-conformances and corrective actions, and serve as the primary quality contact for customers while driving continuous improvement

Formación

• Experience as Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Lead in aerospace or related industries.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO standards, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving quality initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality Management System and ensure AS9100/ISO compliance.
• Manage customer quality requirements, non-conformances, corrective actions, and audits.
• Supervise and develop a quality inspectors team (two direct reports currently).
• Serve as primary quality contact for customers and support key relationships.
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement across departments.
