Westfall Technik, LLC seeks a Quality Manager to develop and maintain the Quality Management System, lead ISO/SQF compliance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities. You will oversee audits, CAPA actions, and data-driven quality initiatives to ensure top-tier product quality and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in manufacturing quality, ISO/ SQF expertise, and strong leadership.

We are currently seeking Quality Manager, with the below qualifications:
The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management and Control Strategy. This role ensures that quality standards are consistently met through robust systems, proactive process control, and cross-functional leadership. The Quality Manager serves as the site’s Management Representative for ISO and other quality certifications (e.g., SQF) and leads efforts in continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, systems proficiency, and presentation skills are essential for effectively managing internal teams, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
