Ultra Tool Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Manager to lead, motivate, and train a manufacturing quality team in our Germantown, WI operation. You will act on observations, propose strategic improvements, and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality motorcycle parts, outdoor equipment, and small engine components.

You will oversee the quality process, develop and implement QC tests, inspect products at various stages, and document production issues with clear reports to guide business

They oversee the quality process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards. Additional tasks include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages, and writing reports documenting production issues.
