Job summary

Olympic Steel is seeking a senior quality leader to drive quality management across processes, ensuring ISO/IATF compliance and PPAP submissions. You will mentor teams, lead corrective actions, and coordinate with mills and customers to sustain product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 7+ years in QA, Lean Six Sigma, and deep knowledge of steel products and document control. On-site position with strong cross-functional collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • 7+ years of related experience, preferably in supervisory role
  • IATF experience required
  • ISO implementation experience required
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification required
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of steel industry and products
  • Knowledge of computerized document control
  • Knowledge of inventory management and materials production
  • Lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Inventory management
  • Quality and environmental management systems
  • Customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Job Description


  • Communicates with Corporate Quality Department to develop and implement policies and procedures
