Job summary

Grover Precision in Oxford, Maine, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its Quality Department and maintain the QMS while ensuring ISO compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and international partners, supervise Quality Technicians, and drive data-driven quality initiatives, with opportunities for professional growth and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum of 5 years of technical and management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO-certified quality systems and GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with SPC, process capability studies, statistics, and quality analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Department, including supervision of Quality Technicians.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, and customer quality requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
• Serve as the primary contact for quality-related customer issues and corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to support quality, manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement using quality metrics, data analysis, and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and international partners on quality and compliance initiatives.

Job Summary

The Quality Manager leads Grover's Quality Department,maintainsthe Quality Management System (QMS), ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This position works closely with both U.S. and international partners. French language skills are a plus, and candidates with an interest in learning French are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

• Annual salary range of$93,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)
