Nidec Motor Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager of Quality to lead quality management across defined scope, developing tactical and operational plans aligned with enterprise quality strategy. You will oversee quality engineers, inspectors, or analysts and advise leadership on risks, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve process capability, manage audits, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions.

The Manager, Quality leads quality management activities for a defined scope, which may include a plant, business unit, product line, or functional area. The role develops and executes tactical and operational quality plans aligned with enterprise quality strategy and business priorities. This position manages quality engineers, inspectors, or analysts and serves as a key advisor to leadership on quality risks, compliance status, and improvement opportunities. The role typically reports to a Quality Director, Operations Leader, or equivalent
senior role.
