Job summary

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies is a global technology group seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site quality system, drive ISO and IATF audits, and ensure compliance across operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and meet customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in quality management, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, and OSHA standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management reviews of the Quality System
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions
• Prepares and leads organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits
• Provides leadership oversight and governance for site‑level HSE programs, ensuring effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team
• Ensure effective site level review and analyzation of HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions
