Job summary

Masiello Employment Services client, a respected manufacturing company in Hinsdale, NH, seeks a Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor to lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

You will oversee compliance programs, conduct internal audits, manage a Quality Control team, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and engineering to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9000, AS9100, or similar quality management systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and computer-based recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Quality Control team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate daily department activities to ensure products meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain quality records, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.
• Conduct internal audits, review processes, investigate findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality management system compliance and workplace safety programs.
