Job summary

About This Role

The Quality Manager manages quality assurance processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring product conformance and customer satisfaction while leading inspection and quality‑engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages product and process quality assurance.
  • Leads the inspection and quality‑engineering team.
  • Tracks quality KPIs (PPM, FTY) and drives action plans.
  • Manages customer complaints and root‑cause analysis (8D).
  • Ensures compliance with quality systems and audits.
  • Champions a quality culture on the floor.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of quality experience, including managing inspection/quality‑engineering teams.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Quality Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, core tools and ISO 9001.
  • Experience owning quality KPIs (PPM, FTY) and driving action plans.
  • Proven ability to manage customer complaints and root‑cause analysis (8D).
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in high‑growth or fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
