The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality engineers and technicians at Goodyear, AZ manufacturing site.

Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.
Ability to collaborate across teams to solve problems and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Experience with measurement practices and GD&T.
Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools such as PPAP, dFMEA, pFMEA, MSA, SPC, capability studies, and control plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in common Lean and DMIAC problem solving tools (ANOVA, regression analysis, Six Sigma concepts, and related methods).
Experience applying advanced statistical methods in a manufacturing environment.
15+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering, with 10+ years of Leadership Experience.
Knowledge of SolidWorks and gauge/fixture design.
Understanding of ISO, IATF, and AS quality management standards, including internal auditing experience.
Experience effectively leading teams, coaching direct reports and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
ASQ or other professional certification such as Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ /OE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
