Qualifications

• Lead the site Quality Assurance team and coordinate Fabrication, Assembly, Calibration, Metrology and Customer Labs.
• Develop and manage site quality goals, budgets, and alignment with Corporate Strategy.
• Implement FMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies to drive product quality.

Responsibilities

• Guide quality improvements for new product development and current production.
• Mentor QA staff and build a culture of quality and data-driven decisions.
• Lead internal and external audits and qualification processes.
• Analyze quality metrics and implement countermeasures with statistical tools.
