The role partners with internal teams and external assessors to ensure product compliance and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities include developing inspection plans, leading audits, and directing lab operations while driving continuous improvement and training.

The Quality Manager oversees the quality process to ensure key business metrics and customer product requirements are met. Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to ensuring quality of raw materials, custom color orders, and finished products, serving as the primary liaison for third party testing, implementing Lean and Six Sigma processes, and continuous improvement with responsibility for ISO quality systems and compliance.
Occasional travel may be request to attend training or company meetings/events.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $105,265 and $131,581. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
