Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience

  • Ensure consistent Quality coverage and standards across all production shifts.

  • Establish clear ownership and accountability for site quality performance.

  • Identify recurring defects, process variation, and emerging quality risks using data‑driven analysis.

  • Use tools such as SPC, Pareto analysis, capability analysis, and quality trending to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to troubleshoot production‑related quality concerns and implement sustainable solutions.

Customer Complaints & Corrective Action
  • Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints, nonconformances, and significant quality incidents.

  • Coordinate containment activities and cross‑functional root‑cause investigations.

  • Drive corrective and preventive actions through completion and verify their effectiveness.

  • Focus on eliminating recurring causes rather than relying on temporary corrections.

  • Participate in customer‑facing quality discussions related to performance, complaints, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding quality issues and corrective actions.

Quality Management System & Compliance
  • Own site‑level implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Maintain strong audit readiness across the facility.

  • Use structured risk‑assessment methods, including FMEA, to identify potential quality and process risks.

  • Ensure customer‑specific requirements are translated into work instructions, inspection criteria, quality plans, and production controls.

New Products, Customers & Process Changes
  • Lead Quality involvement in new customer launches, new products, equipment installations, and major process changes.

  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, IT, Program Management, and other departments during implementation.

  • Participate in:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:

    • Variation reduction

    • Process capability

    • Scrap and rework reduction

    • Customer satisfaction

  • Promote structured problem‑solving and data‑based decision making across the facility.

  • Track quality initiatives and communicate results, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Quality in a high‑volume manufacturing operation.

  • Experience supporting both automated/high‑speed manufacturing equipment and manual production processes.
