Job summary

Legend Brands seeks a Quality Manager to lead a team of quality professionals across multiple brands. You will drive process improvement, implement corrective actions, and mentor staff to achieve regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires coordinating with production, engineering, and procurement to embed quality across the lifecycle, develop KPIs, and sustain continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive Quality department role experience.
  • 5 years of Quality Management experience.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Yellow belt in Six Sigma training.
  • 5 years of SolidWorks experience or comparable engineering software.
  • Practical working knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Practical working knowledge of FMEA process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Coaching, leading, and mentoring others.
  • Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals.
  • Effectively communicate in a team-based environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and procurement to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain KPI’s to determine failure trends and corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and oversee audits.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment and processes.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement solutions to enhance product and process quality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

Hiring Range

Between $120,000 - $138,000/year
