Job summary

LHB Industries in Missouri is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality program, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to ISO 9000 and customer requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years of related experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and expertise in quality tools such as FMEA and SPC within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5 years of related experience with at least 2 years of leadership.
• Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies, including ISO 9000.
• Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)
