Leddy Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a global manufacturing client in New England. This direct-hire role focuses on leading quality initiatives, promoting the Certified Operator Program, and driving PPAP/APQP, SPC, and thorough process documentation to ensure products meet stringent standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing quality leadership, plus strong communication, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering is required or preferred.
• 5+ years quality experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of personal initiative.
• Cross functional individual that excels in a team environment.
