Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior leadership or people-development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data.

  • Lead the factory Quality Improvement Plan aligned with global strategies.

  • Lead corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
