Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
Lead Cost-out projects and guide others through successful execution.
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
Experience leading change and influencing without authority.
Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems.
