Job summary

Wistron InfoComm Fort Worth seeks a QA Supervisor to lead the quality assurance team and ensure all processes, products, and documentation meet quality standards and customer requirements.

The role oversees fixture and program setup for new machines, tracks testing status during production runs, and addresses abnormal testing issues to sustain efficient operations and continuous improvement using 6S principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience with core tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• 5+ years in product engineering, including design, development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role managing engineers or technicians.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff work arrangements and task assignments to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate production and debugging of fixtures and programs for new machine introductions.
• Track and report testing status during production runs (PR).
• Address abnormal testing issues promptly to minimize production impact.
• Lead meetings, presentations, and reporting to ensure 100% compliance.
• Support SQM operations and audits; drive continuous improvement using 6S.
