Robinson, Inc. seeks a Quality leadership role to enhance and administer a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001, ASME, AWS and UL requirements. The role supports development, application, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all QMS.

You will collaborate with internal and external customers, lead quality audits, support supplier management, perform root-cause analyses, and train staff to boost quality and customer satisfaction. Travel to Robinson facilities is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in manufacturing; minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint or similar software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC, project management, value-stream mapping, and auditing.
• Able to collaborate on teams and foster a positive work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, monitor, and measure key quality performance indicators.
• Lead internal quality audits with senior staff guidance.
• Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Support purchasing with supplier management and audits.
• Train personnel in quality systems and statistical methods.
• Collaborate with customers to uphold quality objectives.
