Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Quality Management System Administrator in Denver to support compliance with management system standards and regulatory requirements. The role ensures timely closure of corrective actions (CAR/CAPA), evaluates root causes, and maintains audit documentation and reporting.

The candidate will support external audits, pre-audit preparation, and follow-through to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technology-focused education in electrical/electronics or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO standards) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal system and process audits per the approved schedule.
• Perform Gemba walks and spot checks to ensure real-time compliance.
• Document audit findings and issue detailed reports; manage CAR/CAPA.
• Coordinate with teams for external audits and close findings.
• Monitor CAPA effectiveness and escalate overdue actions.
