Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters is seeking an Auditor for Quality Assurance in Philadelphia to perform system, process, and product audits of the QMS. You will guide containment and corrective actions, support production, customer support and training, and collaborate with process owners to identify improvements.

The role requires 1-3 years in aerospace quality and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. AS9100 certification is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Preferred or a combination of high school diploma with relevant work experience in Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1-3 years of Aerospace Quality experience required.

Job Title: Auditor, Quality Assurance

Summary

Perform system, process, and product audits of the QMS. Provide oversight and assistance to the Organization with the main focus on Production, Customer Support and Training (including MRO), Engineering and Procurement. Interfaces with departmental process owners to evaluate containment and corrective action plans. Proactively recommends opportunity for improvements to the Products and Services.

Responsibilities

• Performs a systematic, independent, and documented process for obtaining Audit evidence and evaluates it objectively to determine the extent to which the Audit criteria are fulfilled.
• Additional duties may include:
• Review and analysis of previous findings for risk mitigation
• Other responsibilities as assigned related to the Company mission, values, goals and quality policy.

Education

Bachelor Degree Preferred or a combination of high school diploma with relevant work experience in the field of Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience

One to three (1-3) years of Aerospace Quality experience.
