You will participate in inspections, preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting, and documentation, while contributing to continuous improvement and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality control and quality assurance practices.
• Understanding preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge).
• Basic GD&T knowledge and engineering tolerances.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting habits.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and production issues.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, design, and operations teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and production issues.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce equipment downtime.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, design, and operations teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
