Job summary

MPE, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Quality Line Auditor to ensure assembly quality from start to finish.

You will audit lines, inspect and release products, and document records in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment. This full-time role offers first or second shift options (6:00am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm) with hourly pay of $20–$25 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of quality in manufacturing, preferably medical device assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Experience with nonconformance management and MRB processes preferred.
• GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with GDP and production record review.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
• ERP and inspection management systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly line audits to verify equipment setups and tool calibration.
• Review production records (DHRs) for completeness and archiving per Quality System.
• Execute product release with final inspections and shipments.
• Evaluate nonconforming material and dispositions.
• Participate in line validations and document results for approval.
• Maintain operator training records and qualifications.
• Issue quality alerts for complaints and nonconformances to prevent recurrence.
• Document process deviations and in-process changes for approval.
• Share gaps with Process Engineering to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in rework documentation for assemblies.
