Adecco US, Inc. is hiring for several full-time, temp-to-hire Manufacturing / Quality Associate positions in Madison, WI. Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment and grow into permanent roles across a medical device manufacturing setting.

Roles involve assembling parts, testing, inspection, and documentation. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential; first shift pays $18.00/hour with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsabilidades

• Assemble small medical-device components, lights, batteries, and accessories
• Work with small parts and hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, and curing tools
• Test batteries, lights, and finished products
• Perform visual inspections and check products for defects
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Verify product accuracy, labels, and documentation
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
• Record inspection and production information in computer systems
• Follow SOPs and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, Engineering teams
• Support general production and manufacturing activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
