Job summary

MPE, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Quality Line Auditor to join our assembly team and ensure products meet quality standards throughout the process. You will audit lines, inspect and release assemblies, review records, and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.

This full-time role offers first or second shift (6:00am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm) and a strong focus on GMP/GDP, documentation, and continuous improvement within a medical technology environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years quality experience in manufacturing, preferably medical devices.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Familiarity with GD&T and GDP/GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly line audits to verify equipment setups and tool calibration.
• Review production records for completeness and accuracy.
• Release products through final inspections and sign-offs.
• Document deviations and nonconformances for approval.
• Support continuous improvement with process engineering.
