Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality preferred; or 5+ years related experience.
• Advanced Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T Techniques.
• 5+ years leading and managing Quality in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant quality operations including inspection, staffing and scheduling, Lab capacity and throughput; first article reporting, non-conforming product management, assessments, team development and interdepartmental communication.
• Sets appropriate goals for department staff.
• Evaluate and enhance quality standards, technologies and approaches.
• Act as a strong advocate for quality in the New Product Development Process.
• Represent the company externally in conversations with key customers and partners.
• Synthesize quality performance data for presentation to executive leadership
• Drive improvement to department KPIs (COPQ, QPPM, Supplier Quality QPPM, DMR/RMA rate)
• Execute necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards and Regulations
