Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies in Woodstock, IL is seeking a Quality Manager responsible for leading, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the site Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements and provides leadership for quality assurance, quality control, audits, and supplier quality on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or related field preferred.
Progressive experience in quality management within manufacturing.
ISO 9001 knowledge; AS9100 preferred for aerospace/defense environments.
Experience leading internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain the site QMS in accordance with standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
Plan, coordinate, lead, and follow up on internal, customer, certification, and third-party audits.
Manage customer complaints, RMAs, CAPA, and corrective actions; drive root-cause analysis.
Monitor supplier quality trends and drive improvements with Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations.
Develop quality data, KPIs, and management reviews; support risk-based decision making.
Ensure calibration and measurement systems are maintained; verify inspection methods and records.
