Qualifications

• 20+ years in manufacturing industry
• 10+ years in factory management with cross-site or global experience
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) or high-volume production environments
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandatory) and able to communicate with global executives
• Experience leading multicultural teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. plant operations including Manufacturing, SMT, Assembly, Testing
• Drive Capacity Expansion and Mass Production Readiness
• Lead Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing for new factory setup and ramp-up
• Drive Operational Excellence to improve quality, delivery, and cost
• Coordinate Supply Chain, Materials, and Capacity Allocation for NPI and ramp-up
• Serve as primary liaison between plant and customers
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to drive decisions
• Collaborate with Asia and global facilities for cross-site transfer and planning
• Build a culture of integrity and accountability in the U.S.
