Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality programs within the Weapon Systems business area. You will shape how products are built, verified, and continuously improved, driving compliance with quality standards and operational excellence.

The role requires a strong manufacturing engineering or operations background, leadership to motivate teams, and the ability to manage audits, supplier quality, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or similar process-driven environments.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a government secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for products.
• Lead quality audits and ensure calibration of test equipment.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes supporting concurrent engineering and product development.
• Analyze quality trends and drive corrective actions.
• Interface with auditors, suppliers, and customers on quality issues.
• Provide management with reporting on quality performance.
